Geo. F. Mitchell, a former resident of Postville and a brother of William Mitchell of this place, died at his home in Bowling Green, MO., recently. The only notice we have of the sad event is a paper containing resolutions of respect from the lodge of which he was a member. He was held in the highest esteem there and had held several positions of honor and trust.
