Hall L. Swenson of 111 North Pompano Beach Blvd., Pompano Beach, Fla. died at his home August 22 after a lingering illness.

He was born and raised near Postville, and attended Postville High School.

He had resided in Florida 6 years, coming from Ft. Thomas, Kentucky where he was a retail furniture dealer.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Maynard Swenson, 2 brothers: Frank Swenson of Snohomish, Wash., and Allison E. Swenson of Pompano Beach; 3 sisters: Kate Van Allen of Chicago, Ill., Ethyle Wallace of Pompano Beach, Fla. and Lillian Harris, Seattle, Wash.

Funeral services were held in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky.
