Ray Bulman Died at Cando, N.D.
Relatives received word on Friday of the death of Ray Bulman, 86, former Allamakee County resident, and retired farmer, at a retirement home in Cando, North Dakota. Funeral services were held on Tuesday from the Lutheran Church, Cando, with burial in a rural cemetery near there.
He was born in Allamakee County, on English Bench, on Sept. 17, 1887, to George and Anna Rowe Bulman and was the last of that family of 13 children and of that generation. He was married to Cora Hahn at Dorchester, she having passed away more than 20 years ago. He had lived in North Dakota and more recently at Tarpon Springs, Florida until his return to North Dakota.
He is survived by the following children: Mrs. Selmer (Thelma) Westlind, and Arlis Bulman, both of Cando; Grant of Milo, N. Dak.; Mrs. Perlie (Carmelita) Cartwright, Bisbee, N. Dak.; Raymond of Bloomington, Minn.; and Mrs. Dolores Champagne, Bellecourt, N.Dak.
