Wm. Kerndt, an old and prominent citizen of Lansing, died on Tuesday of blood poisoning. The funeral was held yesterday.

— Wm. Kerndt, of the old firm of Kerndt Bros., Lansing, died on the 14th inst. Mr. Kerndt was born in Germany in 1826, came to America in 1854, and has been a resident of Lansing since 1856.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Nov. 23, 1826 and is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lansing.
