DIED- At Spirit Lake, Iowa, Dec. 25th, 1893, Mrs. Lucy Russell, aged 78 years, 2 months and 18 days.

The remains were brought to Postville and on Wednesday were laid beside her husband, who died seven years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Russell were among the earliest citizens of Postville, and lived here for 25 years, respected and esteemed by all who knew them. They removed to Spirit Lake about 13 years ago. Their sons, Charles and John, were present at the obsequies. Peace to the dead and consolation to the living.
