Postville Review, Sat., 31 May 1879.

DIED- May 24th, in Franklin township, near Hardin, Elizabeth, wife of Chas. Burnham, aged 39 years, 5 months and 20 days.

Mrs. Burnham leaves a husband and three children (the youngest two weeks old) to mourn her loss. Mr. Burnham and wife came to this county 19 years ago, and have lived on the same farm ever since. Though not a member of any church Mrs. Burnham was very much interested in the Sabbath School. Save once or twice, the whole family attended the S.S. regularly until she was unable to attend. The husband has lost a loving wife, the children an affectionate mother - always their best friend - and the community a good and kind neighbor. The bereaved family have the sympathy of a large cicle of acquaintances.
