Postville Review, Sat., 16 June 1883.

Three Items:

(1.) Mr. B. Wells, Sr., who has been seriously indisposed for some time, died on Tuesday morning of this week. He was buried on Wednesday.

(2.) There having been some talk about the funeral of Mr. Wells not being held in the church, Mrs. Wells desires us to say that it was on account of her own request solely, she not feeling able to go to the church. Mr. Warner was in no way responsible for it, and it is a matter of no importance anyway.

(3.) Card Of Thanks - To all our neighbors and friends who so kindly assisted us during our great bereavement we wish to return our most earnest and sincere thanks. Mrs. Mariette Wells & Family.
