Old Mr. Baltz died at the home of his son, Fred, yesterday. We are without particulars as to age or cause of death.

Note: Woodmansee burial book lists J. F. Baltz, born 18 Oct. 1818, died 18 Apr. 1894, and buried in Postville cemetery area D.
