Postville friends of Arbe Donaldson will be grieved to learn of his demise, which is briefly related in the following item sent the Review.

" J. Arbe Donaldson was born in Allamakee county, Iowa, November 15, 1878. He was married to Angie R. Norton at Canton, Minn., June 6, 1905. He died at his home in Spokane, Washington, recently after a short illness caused by the clogging of the gall duct. He was a very successful business man and his friends were numbered by his acquaintances. He leaves to mourn his loss a wife, a three-year-old son, his mother who made her home with him, a sister, Mrs. F. L. Babcock of Proctor, Montana; and a brother, Leslie E. Donaldson, who resides near Kalispell, Montana.".

Deceased was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Donaldson and his boyhood days were spent in this city. He was a graduate of the Postville High School Class of 1895. He was an upright and exemplary young man and all who knew him will regret to hear of his death.
