Mrs. Hilas Burnham,90, Dies At Waukon.

Waukon-- Carrie Sawyer Burnham, 90, a lifelong resident of Allamakee County, died Wednesday in a nursing home here.
Born in March, 1863, in Franklin Township, she was married in 1887 to Hilas C. Burnham, who had extensive land holdings in that township. In 1916 they retired and moved to Waukon. Mr. Burnham died in 1945. Surviving is a son, Ray, of Minneapolis.
Services will be held Saturday at 1:30 P.M. in the Martin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hardin Cemetery.
