Goldie Pauline Smith Passes on Thursday
Friends were shocked to learn of the death of Goldie Pauline Smith which occured last Thursday following a brief illness. Goldie Pauline was the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen S. Smith of route 2, Postville, and was born near Forest Mills on August 8, 1926, being nine years old at the time of her passing. She is survived by her parents and three brothers and three sisters, one brother, the lldest of the family, preceding her in death. Funeral services were held at the U.B. church at Forest Mills Saturday, with the Rev. R.F. Galloway, pastor of the Postville Presbyterian church officiating.
