John Hitchins

John B. Hitchins, 70, of Tacoma, WA passed away October 5, 2011. Services were held at Visitation Parish in Tacoma, WA Wednesday, October 12.
John was born August 14, 1941 in Lansing to Clem and Ann Hitchins and resided in Tacoma, WA since 1966. He retired from Lucent after 39-1/2 years of service in the Bell Phone system. An avid golfer, he is survived by his wife, Linda; his sons, Ben and Wade; his brother, Joseph, of Yuma, AZ; his sisters, Angela and Alice Hitchins; his nephews, Richard Hitchins and Steven Gillihan, Jr.; his niece, Carla Williams; great-nephews and two great nieces.
