The funeral of Charles Baxter of this city will be held at 9:30 o'clock tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at St. Theodore's Catholic church. The body will then be taken to Waukon, Iowa for burial in the family lot.

Note: He is buried in Mt. Olivet cemetery

Mrs. Charles Baxter, 614 Fountain street, formerly a prominent clubwoman and church worker in Albert Lea and Owatonna, died Tuesday afternoon at the Naeve hospital after an illness of two years. Surviving is a daughter, Ellen, and son, Charles, both of this city. The funeral services will be held Friday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Theodore's Catholic Church. Burial will be at Waukon, Iowa. Her husband died in November 1943.

Note: She is Mary (Ivers) Baxter. She was Charles Baxter's 2nd wife. Burial is in Mt. Olivet cemetery

Charles Baxter was married twice. The first wife was Mary Eggleston (1868-1901 Jun 16). Second marrage was to Mary Ivers (1865- 1945 Jan 09).
There was also an obit for Charles Baxter in the Waukon Republican-Standard. Charles and his second wife are both found on the Minnesota Death Index. All three are buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery Waukon, Iowa.
