Thomas C. Folsom aged 78 years passed away Sunday noon at the Simpson in this city after a weeks illness. He is survived by ten children as follows: Alonzo, Mrs. Warner Harris, Lee, Richard, Gilbert and Milo of this locality and Will of Dubuque, Melbert of Sauk Rapids, Minn., Austin of Waukon, Mrs. Hammell of Frankville and by three sisters, Mrs. Ann Padden of Camp Crook So. Dak., Mrs. Sarah Simpson of Postville and Mrs. Rachel Birdsell of Frankville. His beloved wife passed away several years ago. Funeral was held from the Community Church Tuesday with Rev. R. Franklin Galloway, officiating and burial was made in Postville cemetery
