Margaret Ann Lucy, age 98, of Waukon, Iowa, died Thursday, February 5, 1987 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon, Iowa. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Monday, February 9 at St. Raphael's Catholic Cathedral in Dubuque, Iowa with Father Ed Siegert and Al Didesch. Colonial Funeral Home of Dubuque, Iowa was in charge of arrangements. Burial was in the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Key West.

She was born October 30, 1888 in Kansas and had lived in Dubuque, Iowa in addition to living for many years in Waukon, Iowa with her daughter, Marie Delaney.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick "Pat" Lucy on March 14, 1962 and an infant son Joseph R. Lucy.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Marie Delaney of Waukon, Iowa, Mrs. Viola Stoffel and Mrs. Ralph (Rita) Schroeder, both of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Mrs. Irene Rodasta of Dubuque, Iowa; 5 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Joe Steier of Winthrop, Iowa and Charles Steier of Marshalltown, Iowa.
