Lucille Rita Hemmens, 80, of Peoria, a registered nurse, died Oct. 17, 1999. She was born in Lansing, Iowa. Survivors include her sons, Joseph, William and James; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services: noon Saturday, St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 9728 Palmeras Lane, Sun City.
