Funeral services were held Friday, January 14, 2:00 p.m., at the Marion Lutheran Church, Gunder, for Milo L. Gulsvig, who passed away at his home in Postville on January 10. The Rev. Landis Gross, pastor of the Marion Lutheran Church, was in charge of the rites. Burial was in the Marion cemetery.

Milo Leonard Gulsvig, son of Embert and Ida Gulsvig, was born in Clayton county, Marion township, May 14, 1904, and passed away at his home in Postville on January 10, 1966, after a lingering illness, at the age of 61 years, seven months, and 26 days.

He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith at the Marion Lutheran Church at Gunder by the Rev. N. Arveson. He was a life-time member of this church.

In 1942 he moved to Postville with his parents to make his home.

Preceding him in death were his parents; one sister, Irene, (Mrs. LeRoy Larson) of St. Olaf; and one brother, Roy of Postville. He is survived by two brothers, Ernest of Elgin and Richard of Waterloo; two sisters, Mrs. Lila Renzman of Postville and Gladys, (Mrs. Art Puffer) of Portland, Oregon; and many nieces and nephews.
