Henry Drallmeier Last Rites Held

Funeral Services for Henry Drallmeier, 86, of Postville were held Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 9, at the Schutte Funeral home in Postville with Rev. Walter T. Martin of the Maynard Presbyterian church officiating. Burial was in the McGregor cemetery.

Mr. Drallmeier died Saturday, Nov. 6, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ruby Robbins, in Postville as a result of complications of old age.

Mr. Drallmeier was born Dec. 30, 1878, on a farm near Farmersburg, the son of William F. and Mary, nee Mandelkow, Drallmeier.

He was married to Emma Mina Haltmeyer, Dec. 6, 1900.

Preceding him in death were his wife, a son, Victor, two sisters, and two brothers.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Erwin (Emma) Drahn of Monona, Mrs. Ruby Robbins of Postville, and Mrs. J. W. (Helen) Gilmore of Chula Vista, Calif.; one son, Carleton (Dauby) of McGregor; two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Ella) Behm of Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Maurice (Anna) Sullivan of West Union; and two brothers, Arthur of Pompey's Pillar, Mont., and Elmer of Monona.
