Services for Miss Schroda were conducted by the Rev. Clair Drummy at the Pleummer and Bakke funeral parlors. Burial was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Miss Schroda was born in Waukon Nov. 29, 1884, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Schrody. She was graduated from Waukon High School with the class of 1901. Her keeness for study was believed responsible for a nervous breakdown and later insanity. She had been a patient at the home for many years. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Marshall Tobey of Milwaukee.
