OBITUARY—MRS. SARAH REBURN.
The entire community was saddened on Christmas night when Mrs. Sarah Reburn peacefully passed away after a lingering illness of several months.
Deceased was born in New Albin, Iowa, August 24, 1883, and was the daughter of the late John and Bridget Smith, who, with one brother, preceded her in death. She was united in marriage to Leo Reburn on July 22, 1912, who with one daughter, Gertrude, at home, a sister, Mrs. Wm. McMillian of Elbow, Canada, and a brother Louis at home are left to mourn her death.
Mrs. Reburn’s genial disposition and kind heartedness won for her many friends, who will keenly feel the loss of a kind and loving friend and neighbor. The largely attended funeral was held Monday morning at 9:00 o’clock at St. Joseph’s Catholic church, Rev, Father Hayes, the pastor, officiating, interment being made in the Catholic cemetery. The pall bearers were Earl Welsh, Albert Meyer, Dr. R. J. Eischeid, John W. Kelly, P. F. Ryan and D. J. Higgins.
