Harold R. Morstad of Denver, an insurance salesman, died Sunday in Denver. He was 82.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 4500 Wadsworth Blvd. Interment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

He was born March 20, 1914, in Waukon, Iowa. On Dec. 5, 1940, he married Dolores Berger in Waukon.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Iowa, the Denver Consistory and El Jebel Shrine.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Richard, Denver; a daughter, Maxine Moore, Lakewood; a brother, John, Decorah, Iowa; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
