Eleanor Beveridge

Eleanor Marie Reimers Beveridge, 90, formerly of Lansing, died April 17, 2008 at a Denver, CO area hospital following a brief illness. Following cremation, a memorial service to celebrate her life was conducted.

She moved to the Denver, CO area five years ago to be near her daughter and son-in-law. She was a former real estate agent while residing in California. While living in Lansing, she enjoyed playing the piano and organ at church and was involved in the Allamakee County Iowa Republican Party for many years, along with volunteer work and church activities. She was a very outgoing person and loved doing various crafts for friends. Along with her former husband, David Beveridge, who preceded her in death, she resided in Lansing for over 20 years.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Dean Lindoerfer of Centennial, CO; her brother, Ed Reimers of Saratoga Springs, NY; a brother-in-law, Clifford Vogt of Rock Island, IL; three grandchildren, David, Eleanor, and Al (A.J.) Lindoerfer, all of Centennial, CO; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
