Mr. Edward FITZGERALD was taken suddenly ill Friday morning with severe pains and cramps in the bowels, which proved fatal in a few hours. He was an old, well known and respected citizen, and leaves a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn his loss. The funeral took place from the Catholic church Sunday, and was largely attended. He was buried in the West Ridge Catholic cemetery.
