GUY RALPH WATERS

Guy Ralph Waters, former Postville resident, died suddenly of a heart attack in Hialeah, Florida, March 10 at the age of 52.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 13 at the Slade Funeral Home in Palm Springs. Rev. Weigle of the Hialeah Presbyterian Church, of which Mr. Waters was a member, conducted the service. Burial was in the Vista Memorial Gardens, Miami Lakes.

Mr. Waters is survived by his wife, the former Eleanor Whitley of Monroe, North Carolina; one daughter Elizabeth of Ft. Lauderdale; a son David of Washington D. C.; a brother George Waters of Canton, South Dakota and a sister, Mrs. Willard (Olla) Clement of Postville.

Mr. Waters was born December 8, 1919, the son of Robert and Nettie (Siple) Waters. He graduated from Postville school, served four years in the Air Force which included a year in Korea. He was married March 7, 1946.

Mr. Waters had worked for Delta Airlines in Miami for 20 years.

Mr. and Mrs. George Waters and Mrs. Willard Clement flew to Miami for the funeral.
