Kenneth LeRoy Feurhelm, 61, a Cedar Rapids resident for 32 years and a retired employee of Century Engineering, died at a local hospital today (3 October 1979) following a brief illness.

Born May 26, 1918, in Allamakee county, he married the former Mildred Lucille Cady on May 8, 1969, in Illinois.

Surviving in addition to his wife are one son, Richard K. of Vinton; five sisters, Mrs. James Ewing, Mrs. Stanley Procok, Mrs. John Fields and Mrs. Noel Tollefson, all of Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Lorraine Aud of Gary, Ind.; two brothers, James of Shellsburg and Carl of Eastman, Wis.; and four grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Beatty-Beurle-Mursoch Chapel by the Rev. George B. McDill of Hus Memorial Presbyterian chuirch. Burial will be in Walker cemetery.

*NOTE* Kenneth was married once before he married Mildred Cady. His first wife was Cecil Alberta Styir. They were married 13 Aug 1938, and later divorced. I believe the son mentioned in the obituary is that of Kenneth and Cecil. Please contact me if you have additional information to share.
