Mrs. Roy Wiebke has received word of death of her brother, Martin Welper, on Oct. 11, 1952 in a Rochester, Minn. hospital.

Martin Welper was born in 1888 in Allamakee County, Iowa to Herman and Friederike (Huelzmeyer) Welper.

In addition to Mrs. Wiebke, Welper is survived by another sister, Mrs. George Fink of Viola, Wis.; a daughter, Lois Welper of New Albin, Ia.; and two brothers, Garry of Mabel, Minn., and Herbert of Hesper, Ia.
