Graveside services for Mrs. Alice Margaret Creasey, 70, of 2021 Anacapa St., Santa Barbara, California, a retired Santa Barbara real estate broker who died yesterday (August 28, 1975) in Cottage Hospital after a brief illness, will be tomorrow at 10 a.m. in Santa Barbara Cemetery.

Mrs. Creasey was a local real estate broker from 1962 to 1970. A 13 year resident of Santa Barbara, she came here from Santa Maria where she had lived for 18 years. During that time she and her husband, Joseph, owned and operated a construction business. He died here last April.

Born in Dorchester, Iowa, June 10, 1905, she moved to Los Angeles from Chicago, Illinois, in 1938. Mrs. Creasey was a talented amateur artist and did volunteer work at the Santa Barbara Art Museum.

Surviving are a son, Dale of Ft. McMurray, Canada; a brother, William Burroughs of Waukon, Iowa; a sister, Mrs. Minnie O'Hare of Dorchester, Iowa; and two grandchildren.
