Waukon, Iowa -- Funeral services for Mrs. Ephriam Burroughs, 65, who died at the home of her daughter in French Creek township Wednesday, will be held Friday afternoon at the Methodist Church at Dorchester.

She was born Feb. 21, 1885 in Houston County, Minn., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Shefelbine. She married Ephriam Burroughs on Nov. 26, 1900.

Survivors include her husband; six daughters, Mrs. Joseph Reeder and Mrs. Wilford Smith, Waukon, Mrs. Howard Daniels, California, Mrs. L. Spores and Mrs. Lois Spores, Dorchester and MRs. Thomas O'Hare, French Creek; four brothers, Emil, Montana, John, Waukon, Albert, Dorchester, and William, Sparta, Wis.; and one sister, Mrs. George Menig, Dorchester.
