Joseph H. Teff, Sr.

Joseph H. Teff, Sr., Foley, died Sunday. He was 80, born in Dorchester, Iowa. He married Lena Schulte June 13, 1905. They moved to the Foley area in 1910, farming in Gilmanton township. In 1938 he retired to Foley.
Surviving are his wife and nine children: Mrs. Joseph Durham (Irene), Mrs. Harold Weise (Irma) both of LaCrosse, Wis.; Mrs. Kenneth Weise (Lena) Hokah; John and Joseph Jr. Of Foley; Mrs. Alvin Biesen (Genevieve) Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. Stanley Plonske (Dorothy) LeSeuer; Mrs. Ed Schoultz (Margaret) Milwaukee, Wis.; Mrs Francis Schendzielos (Della) Milwaukee, Wis. two children preceded him in death.
There are 58 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Also surviving is a brother, Hiller Teff, of Dorchester, Iowa.
Friends may call at the Foley funeral home.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at St. John’s church, Foley, with Rev. John (Unreadable)
