On the 17th inst. the wife of Robt Kenny of New Albin died after a lingering illness of several months duration. The immediate cause of her death was paralysis.

She is spoken of by her friends and neighbors who have known her for many years past, as a kind, affectionate and generous woman to whom the dearest spot on earth was home, to which she was attached with a devotion that was remarkable.

Her age was about 50 years, her place of nativity Cork, Ireland. Mr. Kenney was her second husband, to whom she was married in 1861.
