Frank Todd, of Waukon, died last Monday. Mr. Todd has suffered, almost continually for the past seven or eight years, morphine kept him alive most of that time.

He leaves a wife and four small children, to mourn his loss.

Note: Buried Oakland Main cemetery, Waukon where he has a military issue gravestone engraved F.G. Todd PVT, Co. G, 118th PA Inf. The application for veteran headstone gives DOD 01/29/1878; pension gives full name as Frank Gray Todd; his widow filed for pension 11/06/1880. The 'Woodmansee' cemetery book incorrectly gives his DOD as 2/15/1878.
