Robert E. Collins, 65, of Phoenix, Ariz., passed away on Oct. 13, 2011, surrounded by his loving family and friends. He is survived by his wife Julie Collins; siblings Nathan Collins, Stephen Collins, Kathleen Isaac and Patrick Collins; daughters Julia Noonan and Jill Collins; grandchildren Claire Noonan and Daesung Kim; stepchildren Shana Tristan and Josh Adams; and step-grandchildren Isolde, Max and Joaquin Tristan.

A memorial mass will be held at Brophy Chapel, 4701 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix, on Monday, Oct. 17 at 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley.
