DIED. In this city, of lung fever, on the 26th inst., W.W. Hopkins, aged 51 years, 2 months and 19 days.

Mr. Hopkins had been a resident of our county but a few years, having removed here from Otsego Co., N.Y., yet his upright deportment and kind bearing won for him many friends who mourn his loss.

The relatives of the deceased return their thanks to their friends, in the following card:
We return our sincere thanks to those friends who so kindly assisted us in our late bereavement.
