Last Thursday afternoon the little child of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Linderman got in front of the binder her father was driving, and before he was aware that the child was anywhere about the machine had caught it and lacerated one limb so badly that the little one died from the shock at ten o'clock that evening. The funeral was held Friday at Postville.

Winneshiek co. Death records name this child as Anna Marie Linderbaum (not Linderman). Born May 1897 & died July 1899. Buried in the Postville cemetery.
