William McMorrow, farmer residing near Waukon, died Wednesday evening after a long illness. A son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick McMorrow, pioneer residents of this vicinity, he was born in Union Prairie township May 5, 1884. His wife, who was Elizabeth Rea, died five years ago. Surviving are three daughters and two sons; Eleanor, Yvonne, France, James and John all at home. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at the West Ridge Catholic church, conducted by the Rev. Elmer Becker. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery near Waukon.
