Dr. R. B. GARTEN

Dr. R. B. Garten, 98, pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church from 1931-1937 passed away in Spokane, Washington and friends may call at the Schutte Funeral Home Wednesday (today) from 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Committal services will be at the Postville Cemetery Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. Dr. Garten was preceded in death by his wife who passed away in 1937 and is buried here. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Oscar (Marie) Dizmang and Mrs. Otto (Elizabeth) Bachimont.
