Mike Lydon died at the home of Chris. Slorah Monday evening, Jan 25. He is an uncle of John Lydon and Mrs. Slorah of this place. The funeral will be held in the Catholic church at West Ridge, near Waukon, with interment at the same place.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery and was born in 1825.
