Mrs. Marcus Hanson
Waukon, Ia.-Special: The funeral of Mrs. Marcus Hanson, 57, who died Monday afternoon following a lingering illness, will probably be held Thursday at the West Paint Creek Church, according to arrangements being made Tuesday.

As Hilda Aure, she was born on a farm in Makee Township, Allamakee County on Sept. 17, 1880, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Aure, early farmers of that vicinity. In 1928 she was married to Mr. Hanson and they lived on a farm where her death occurred.

Survivors include her husband; her aged parents; two sisters, Mrs. Claus Waline of Minneapolis, and Mrs. Oscar Sorum of near Elon; and two brothers, Alvin and Haston, both of Makee Township.
