Mrs. Dora A. Kelly was born at Waukon, Iowa, December 2, 1876, and died at her home in Village Creek April 19. She was 43 years old.
Four children, Florence, Leta, Herbert and Albert, and her mother, Mrs. Sarah Peck, three sisters and one brother survive.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J.V. Knoll, Thursday, April 22, burial in the Village Creek cemetery.

Notes: Iowa Death Certificate (familysearch.org) indicates she was a widow. Husband is not given. Cause of death was Abcess of Larnyx. Parents were Albert H. Peck & Sarah Pennington.

1876 Dec 02-1829 Apr 18. Buried Village Creek Cemetery sometimes called Oak Leaf Cemetery.
Dora was married to Albert Charles Kelly in Winneshiek County in Jan. 1900. Albert died 1908 buried in Village Creek and is listed in the Woodmansee book. The father of Dora was Albert H Peck 1841 Mar 24-1901 Jun 11. Dora's Mother was Sarah D (Pennington) 1846 Jul 10-1931 Feb 12-Oakland Main.
