Waukon, Ia. - Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Wenig, 87, will be held Friday at the Dorchester Methodist church.
She was born to Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kumpf in Waterloo township, May 8, 1858,, and died at her home in Dorchester Wednesday. Her marriage to Henry Wenig took place April 6, 1880. He died in 1937.
Surviving are their several children, Tena, Fred and Emma Wenig Dorchester; Mrs. James Shaw, Gray, Ia.; Roy, Charles City, Ia.; Mrs. Vernon Greenlee, Emporia, Kans. and William Wenig, Audubon, Ia. Also surviving are two brothers, Fred and William Kumpf, Dorchester; and two sisters, Mrs. Christena Gramlich, Lansing; Mrs. George Coppersmith, Los Angeles, Calif.; 20 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
