Henrietta WERHAN was born at Duttenstad, Germany, July 20th, 1815. In 1839 she was married to Wm. WERHAN and for 53 years and 6 months she remained unchangeable in all the struggles of life. She was the mother of 9 children, 6 of whom are living to mourn with the aged husband the loss of a kind mother and beloved wife. She died on the 31st day of January having reached the blessed age of 75 years, 5 months and 11 days. She was a member of the Lutheran church.
