Martha M. Teeling Althoff, 92, died Friday, July 5, 1996, in her home following a lengthly illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. today, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, by the Rev. Louis Trzil, Burial: Mounty Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. today at Martin Funeral Home, Waukon.

Survivors include a son, Cletus of Waukon; and two sisters, Lucille Meyer of Dubuque and Leonette Moll of Waukegan, Ill.
