Waukon: William M. Regan, 72, died of cancer Tuesday morning in Lutheran Hospital, LaCrosse, Wis., Services; 11 a.m. Friday, St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lycurgus. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Church basement, Waukon, where there will be a rosary at 3 and Scripture service at 7 p.m. Thursday. Hanson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Angella; three daughters, Mary Henning of Postville, Rosella Piggott of Waukon and Joan Anderson of Waterville, seven sons, Michael, Dennis, Frank, Charles and Matt, all of Waukon, and William R. and Ronald, both of Lansing; a sister Evelyn Dreslaus of McGregor; and a brother John of Waukon.
