Jacob M. Regan, 18, died Thursday, June 18, 1998, in his home. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, by the Rev. Ed Lechtenberg, Burial: St. Mary's Lycurgus Cemetery, rural Waukon. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Martin Funeral Home, Waukon, where there will be a Scripture service at 3 p.m.

Survivors include his parents, John Jr. and Diane Regan of Waukon; his sister, Marlene Bulman of Waukon; and a brother, Jack of Postville.
