Shirley Schulte, 61, died Saturday, March 9, 1996, in Lutheran Hospital, La Crosse, Wis., after a lingering illness. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Firends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Hanson Funeral Home, Waukon, where there will be a Scripture service at 4 and rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.

Survivors include her husband, Lloyd; a daughter, Laurie Carpenter of Appleton, Wis,; four sons, Dave of Dorchester, Craig of Eagan, Minn., Randy of Brooklyn Park, Minn., and Rick of Detroit; two sisters, Virginia Kelly of Waukon and JoAnn Troendle of Cedar Rapids; and a brother Howard Duffy of Waukon.
