Waukon- Robert Hancock, 82, of New Richmond, Wis., a former resident of the Rossville, Ia., area, died in a rooming house in New Richmond.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Martin Brothers Funeral Home here. Burial will be in the Rossville Cemetery.

Surviving is one brother, Fred, Waukon.
