Waukon- Funeral Services for Mrs. Adolph Fossum, 66, will be held from the Bakke and Hanson Funeral Parlors to the Old West Paint Creek Church Tuesday. The Rev. E. O. Baalsom will officiate. Burial will be in the nearby cemetery. Six relatives will be casketbearers.

Mrs. Fossum died at the family home in Paint Creek Township following surgery performed at the La Crosse Lutheran Hospital several weeks ago.

She was born Sept. 30, 1877, as Selma Jacobson, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Jacobson, near Waterville. She was educated in the Waterville schools and was married at Waterville to Adolph Fossum on Nov. 26, 1919. They have since resided on the farm on which she died.

Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. William Wild, Lansing, Ia., and three brothers, Adolph and Ingeman Jacobson, both of Waterloo, and Otto Jacobson, of La Crosse, Wis. She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers.
