The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Bachtell was buried Thursday.

Note: Ralph W. Bachtell (1898-1968) is buried in the Postville cemetery, Area F, with his 2nd wife. Mr. Bachtell's obit states that he was preceded in death by an infant son.

R.W.'s 1st wife, the mother of the infant, was Gertrude (Prior) Bachtell (1897-1988). She is also buried in the Postville cemetery, but in Area B. Her obit also states she was preceded in death by an infant son. The 'Woodmansee' cemetery book includes the burial of an infant son of R.W. & G Bachtell in Area B, with a DOD 3/02/1926.
