Services for Robert L. Blomquist, 57, of La Crosse, Wis., owner and operator of Bob Blomquist Used Cars, will be Friday at 2 p.m. in St. Peter's United Church of Christ, New Albin. The Rev. Richard Waters will officiate and burial will be in the New Albin City Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Woodruff Funeral Home, La Crosse, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m., and at the church on Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of services.
Blomquist died of respiratory arrenst on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 1981, in a La Crosse hospital.
He had owned and operated Bob Blomquist Used Cars in La Crosse for over 28 years.
He was born May 8, 1923, in New Albin, to Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Blomquist.
Survivors are three sons, David, Barry and Richard, all of La Crosse; and seven grandchildren.

Robert's mother was Emma Ernestine Weymiller. She married Maurice G. Blomquist Abt. 1925, and they divorced Abt. 1936, according to this newspaper clipping: https://www.newspapers.com/clip/4081640//. She married Earl Henry Reiser in 1951.
