Leo King, 72, New Albin, died Saturday, Dec. 10, 1977, in a La Crosse, Wis., hospital.

He was born March 31, 1905, at New Albin to Fred and Bertha (Meyer) King. He married Lillian Gilbertson on Aug. 29, 1929, at Waukon, and they farmed near New Albin.

Survivors are his wife; a son, Barton of New Albin; a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Glenda) Neumann of New Albin; four grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Krueger and Mrs. Vincent (Mamie) Waters, bot of New Albin.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. Peter's United Church of Christ, New Albin, with the Rev. James Dahlgrin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the New Albin Chapel today after 4 p.m., and at the church Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the services.

Potter-Haugen Funeral Home, Caledonia, Minn., is in charge of arrangements.
